Nancy I Stein-McCarthy Joins Schwartz Law Group

We are delighted to announce that noted insurance defense and appellate litigator Nancy Stein-McCarthy has joined the firm. Ms. Stein-McCarthy has handled insurance coverage and defense matters throughout Florida for 15 years for both regional and national carriers with numerous successful appeals as well. Nancy is a member of both the Florida and New Jersey Bars, The American Bar Association and the Florida Bar's special Appellate Division. She started her practice in New Jersey with the distinction of handling one of the largest subrogation recoveries in its history before relocating her practice to South Florida in the late 1990's.

Mr. Abramovici has successfully handled major commercial auto liability, workers compensation and insurance coverage matters throughout Florida as both a private lawyer and as staff counsel for an insurer. The Schwartz Law Group is pleased to announce that Steve Schwartz has been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management. The Council is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization's goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.
