Douglas T. Johnson

Mr. Johnson attended Florida State University where he graduated in 2009 with a B.S. in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Social Studies.  He went on to attend Stetson University College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2012.  While in college, Mr. Johnson worked as a legislative assistant tracking and reporting on the Florida Legislature for a government relations specialist.  During law school, Mr. Johnson held law clerk positions for several firms and was elected by his classmates to the Stetson University College of Law Student Bar Association.

In 2013, Mr. Johnson was admitted to the Florida Bar and began working for a South Florida firm handling insurance defense and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters.  He then went on to work for a national firm handling general liability and construction defect cases. A relatively new addition to our firm, Mr. Johnson handles first-party property claims, AOB claims, and assists with construction defect litigation.  He is currently on the leadership committee for the Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast Chapter of the Stetson University College of Law Alumni Association.

A native Floridian and avid Seminoles fan, Mr. Johnson and his wife reside in nearby Delray Beach with their West Highland White Terrier.
